I would just like to thank Bob Malpass and his support team for their brilliant service, which led to the successful conclusion of my recent loan application. The loan was essential because my father had recently passed away in Queensland and I needed to procure a new home for my mother here in WA. Unfortunately, my own bank could not, and would not, help due to their credit policy, even though all my business accounts were with them.
Well, Bob came to the rescue like a knight in shining armour and saved the day with his professional contacts, experience and expertise. Nothing was too much trouble and he visited me a few times to collect and get documents signed so that time frames were met.
